Our Sales Team is the eyes and ears of Sentinel Emergency Solutions in the field with you, our customer. Their duties are two-fold. First we ask them to sell quality products at a fair price because at the end of the day we have to be able to keep the lights on. However, most importantly, they are tasked to provide the best Customer Service in the industry. The difficult part of meeting this lofty goal is that everyone defines Customer Service differently. That is why we ask our sales people to ask so many questions and why we appreciate the feedback we get from our customers. That is the only way we can determine your individual wants & needs and how we can satisfy them. We would be kidding ourselves and you if we said we are where we need to be in providing Customer Service but we can promise you that every day we are striving to get better!
